Cancellation Policy
Thank you for being a part of Elevate Academy — the membership for wedding photographers who are ready to master the business and creative skills needed to thrive in the luxury market.
We’ve built this platform with flexibility and clarity in mind, and we want you to feel fully supported throughout your membership. Please read the details below for managing your subscription.
Monthly Membership — $49/month
Your subscription is billed monthly and gives you full access to all courses, templates, resources, and future updates inside Elevate Academy.
You may cancel at any time by visiting your Thinkific account settings. Once canceled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your card will not be charged again.
Please note: we do not issue partial refunds for unused time.
Annual Membership — $495/year
The annual membership provides a full year of uninterrupted access to Elevate Academy at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next renewal date through your Thinkific account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current annual term. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within the annual plan.
Trial Period (If Offered)
If a free trial is offered at the time of your sign-up, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges. If not canceled in time, your subscription will begin automatically and the standard billing rate will apply.
Cancellation and Refunds Due to Unintended Charges
We understand that life gets busy, and mistakes can happen. If you forget to cancel your subscription and are inadvertently charged, we’ll gladly consider a refund under the following conditions:
Cancellation Responsibility: It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing cycle if you no longer wish to continue. We recommend setting a reminder for your renewal date.
How to Request a Refund: Contact us within 7 days of the charge by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your full name, account email, date of charge, and a brief explanation.
Review Process: We’ll review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Limitations: To protect the integrity of this policy, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be exploitative or part of repeated refund patterns.
This policy is designed to support genuine, one-time mistakes — not repeated misuse.
